Q. Can I pick up my order?
Our business is mainly based on online sales. We are not a retail store but a very busy warehouse with thousands of orders being shipped weekly. Regrettably we are unable to provide a pick up facility at this time.
Q. I placed an order but the status still shows pending? What is going on?
Due to fraudulent transactions we verify all transactions manually before approving the payment. Your order status may show as "Pending" for up to 24 hours after the order. If your order is very urgent, please get in
touch on our contact page under this link. and we will attempt to speed up the process.
Q. Do you fix Laptops?
Unfortunately we do not repair or perform any tech support or any other servicing. We supply the LCD panels only.
If you are in Melbourne we recommend Phil's Computers in Carlton who can help with your repair. They're just off Lygon Street, so you can have a great coffee while they get your laptop fixed.

Q. How long does dispatch and delivery take?
Items are generally sent within 48 hours of payment being received. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post or TNT delivery times apply.
The majority of our items are sent from Melbourne. Please see the below shiiping times for all Australian states. Please note: this should be used as a guide only.

Q. What payment methods can I use to place an order?
We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit (which allows for payment directly from your bank account) Money Order or PayPal.
Q. At least one of my packages hasn't arrived. What can I do?
Our items are sent in individual packages, from a couple of different locations. This means that even when we send them at the same time, there can be a day or two until you receive all packages from your order.
If at least 10 days have passed since your order was placed, and you still haven't received all packages, please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 (if your item was sent via Australia Post) and check if your local post office is holding a parcel for you. We often find that Australia Post simply don't leave a note advising you a parcel is awaiting pickup or the notes can sometimes be thrown away by accident with junk mail left in letter boxes.
If you are an international customer, and it has been 3 weeks since purchase and you still have not received your package,
please contact us - we will be more than happy to investigate on your behalf.
Q. Why did my credit card authorization fail?
a. Insufficient Credit Limited.
b. Current credit card billing address is not correct.
c. Wrong card number or wrong expiration date.
d. Wrong CVV code.
Q. Do you accept purchase orders? Do you accept school or government orders?

Q. How can I place an order using my in store credit?
Please place the order on line, and put the note in your comments field, "I have $xxx in store credit from order#xxxxx, please apply." Then our CSR who charges the order will apply the credit for you. If some reason your in store credit is not applied this time, it will be applied to next order. There is no expiration date for In-store Credit. NOTE: In-store Credit can't apply if you choose paypal payment method.

Q. When will my backorder arrive?/ How can I find out if the products in stock?
Usually 2-7 business days, however in some cases, a delivery may take longer than usual expected time. We have most of the items in stock, for detail please contact Us at:

Q. Do you have price guarantee or price-match?
In some cases we can price match. Please get in touch on our

Q. Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling LCD Panels Australia customer service at 03 9329 4343 (10AM - 5.30PM Only Monday To Friday) . Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
Q. How will my refund be issued? How long does it take to receive my refund?
Same payment method as you paid for your orders. All refunds and returns will take approximately 14 business days.
Q. As for the backorder, why do you charge credit cards before shipping out merchandise?
All credit card transactions are automatically charged via our bank. We regret that charging your credit card at shipping time is currently not possible.
